Cha Choo Sen Medical, LLC is now onboarding its first member Tribes into a tribally governed Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) designed to transform healthcare procurement across Indian Country.<\/h4>\n

Our GPO is structured to support tribal sovereignty<\/strong>, cost-effective purchasing<\/strong>, and culturally responsive healthcare delivery<\/strong>. We welcome Tribal Governments and their authorized Health Centers to become founding members of this innovative procurement network.<\/h4>\n

Membership Requirements<\/h2>\n

To join, a Tribal Health Center must be authorized by its Tribe<\/strong> through a formal Tribal Resolution<\/strong>. This resolution affirms the Tribe\u2019s intent to participate in the GPO and enter into the necessary agreements.<\/p>\n

Legal Agreements<\/h2>\n

Membership is governed by three foundational legal documents developed in partnership with a tribal-focused law firm:<\/p>\n

  1. GPO Master Agreement \u2028<\/strong>
    \nDefines the scope of services, including supply chain management, procurement support, and operational coordination.<\/li>\n
  2. Limited Liability Agreement of the GPO for Indian Tribes \u2028<\/strong>
    \nEstablishes the legal framework for tribal participation, ensuring shared governance, liability protections, and transparency.<\/li>\n
  3. Vendor Agreement \u2028<\/strong>
    \nGoverns relationships between Cha Choo Sen and suppliers (e.g., Triple FFF), ensuring quality, compliance, and accountability.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
