Join the GPO
Cha Choo Sen Medical, LLC is now onboarding its first member Tribes into a tribally governed Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) designed to transform healthcare procurement across Indian Country.
Our GPO is structured to support tribal sovereignty, cost-effective purchasing, and culturally responsive healthcare delivery. We welcome Tribal Governments and their authorized Health Centers to become founding members of this innovative procurement network.
Membership Requirements
To join, a Tribal Health Center must be authorized by its Tribe through a formal Tribal Resolution. This resolution affirms the Tribe’s intent to participate in the GPO and enter into the necessary agreements.
Legal Agreements
Membership is governed by three foundational legal documents developed in partnership with a tribal-focused law firm:
- GPO Master Agreement
Defines the scope of services, including supply chain management, procurement support, and operational coordination. - Limited Liability Agreement of the GPO for Indian Tribes
Establishes the legal framework for tribal participation, ensuring shared governance, liability protections, and transparency. - Vendor Agreement
Governs relationships between Cha Choo Sen and suppliers (e.g., Triple FFF), ensuring quality, compliance, and accountability.
